Destination Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram is looking for YOU to be our next motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to assist our busy Sales Department! This role will provide you the opportunity to speak with people all day through our customer service handling leads via telephone, email and in-person interaction.
A little more about this role:
- Handle leads from various sources (telephone, emails, organic traffic) and provide customers with vehicle product questions and arrange appointments with the sales team.
- CREATE, maintain and build owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business to the dealership.
- Bonus structure based on completed services and vehicles sold.

- Experience in a previous Customer Service role, call centre, etc.
