I ended up at Destination Chrysler after multiple failed attempts to even get a hold of the service department at Ensign. This location is pretty far from my house, but it was my best option. I was really pleased to be able to promptly book an appointment for the next morning. I had an inspection done and they did a decent job identifying things I will probably fix myself. However, I saw the other service rep arguing with another customer which isn't really too reassuring.

Excellent service. When I took my vehicle in to be serviced, they were not only friendly and helpful but they were knowledgeable, honest and more than fair to me who needed them to explain a lot to me.

I had gone to the parts store about ten days ago to buy some parts for my Sebring. Jason Chapman the store manager was very helpful. It turned out that I didn't need the part after all, and went back to return it. Jason was again very kind, courteous, and helpful. On both occasions, I got the impression that he was doing the work of two or three people..he was very busy and working very hard but was patient and courteous and helpful with the customers. I suggest that he gets a helping hand, or a raise in the very least.

Staff was amazing, helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price. In and out faster than I expected, and made sure everything was 100%, even a follow up the next day. Amazing!

I’ve been a customer here for the last 6 years, and really noticed that it’s been way better with the new GM at the store. Greeted us professionally and made us feel really welcome. Dealership is located close to home and super convenient to get to work in the mornings. Thanks again for the 5 star service! Keep it up!
