Sub-Prime Business Manager - Destination Chrysler

Job Responsibilities include:

  1. Setup sub-prime office in North Vancouver
  2. Handle and manage lease renewals
  3. Assist with the creation of specific advertising programs
  4. Cover for regular business office when necessary
  5. Act as the point of contact at the store for sub-prime clients
  6. Work closely with the sales department during the delivery of sub-prime client's vehicles

Service Business Development Representative - Destination Auto Group

Overview: 

The Service BDR is primarily responsible for conducting outbound calls to previous/current service customers to set appointments/reminders and run service campaigns, and take inbound calls to set appointments with the objective of driving more business to the dealership service departments. The Service BDR will be trained to understand all products and services offered.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Generate service appointments.
  2. Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into X-time, the dealership CRM system.
  3. Effectively utilize lead management tools.
  4. Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
  5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
  6. Exhibit ethical behaviour, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers.

Scope of work:

Inbound activities

  • Take inbound calls and set appointments using scripts provided
  • Make recommendations for vehicle maintenance using the manufacturer and dealer maintenance schedules
  • Respond to email appointment requests as needed
  • Review and update customer contact information during every contact
  • Cross-sell additional parts and services for the dealership where appropriate

Outbound activities

  • Make outbound service retention calls daily using scripts provided
  • Contribute to outstanding recall campaigns as assigned
  • Special campaigns for cold, lost, and orphan customers
  • 2-day follow up customer service survey, and tentatively book next service appointment
  • Work as a team to ensure that all calls are complete across the group

Database management

  • Ensure the database for your assigned dealership is always up to date with the latest client and vehicle information
  • Proactively seek to preserve and maintain the highest integrity of the data
  • Follow up on all returned mail and email
  • Respond to and record all customer requests to block contact using process(es) provided for all systems (ERA, X-Time and Dealersocket)
  • Update all systems (ERA, X-Time and Dealersocket) informed by customer(s) they no longer own their vehicle.

Skills required:

  • Selling/sales and customer service experience, ability to persuade
  • A great personality, team player, positive attitude
  • Amicable telephone presence, ability to converse fluently with exceptional written & verbal language skills
  • Self-motivated, coachable and open-minded
  • Strong TEAM awareness, and can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional organization skills
